SUBSTANCE: method includes stages, at which the following is carried out: indicator is received, which sets a preference of a wireless network at least for one of network-initiated (NI) QoS or device-initiated (DI) QoS, QoS is requested for a data flow, when the indicator sets a preference for DI QoS; it is expected until the wireless network sets QoS, when the indicator sets a preference for NI QoS; QoS is tracked and identified for one or more data flows as one of NI or DI; and QoS is requested for identified DI data flows from the second network, after service transfer from the first network to the second network, besides, the first network and the second network use different technologies of radio access, and the first network provides the second network with a list of identified QoS for one or more data flows, setting each as one of NI or DI.
EFFECT: prevention of duplicating dedication of network resources.
