SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely, machines for pressing cylindrical bales. Machine for pressing cylindrical bales comprises at least two bale formers. The formers restrict the bale chamber and are mounted movable relative to each other with one degree of freedom. To determine the position of the bale formers relative to each other a sensor is used.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the risk of overflow of the bale chamber.
