SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combination of a tractor vehicle, in particular a tractor and an agricultural baler. Combination of a tractor vehicle, in particular a tractor and an agricultural baler, wherein the baler comprises at least one unit for conveying crop material and/or for compressing crop material into bales, and a knotting device, and adapted to be brought into drive connection with a towing vehicle for driving the apparatus and the knotting device, wherein it also comprises a control device operable, when a critical operating condition of the knotting device is achieved, to break the drive connection between the towing vehicle and baler.
EFFECT: invention enables to create a combination of a tractor and a baler in which damage to the baler is prevented due to malfunctions that may occur during binding and/or knitting, and which frees the driver from having to monitor the knotting device.
