FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics. Before operation electroneuromyographic examination of peripheral nerves of shoulder girdle of injured and intact sides are performed. Values of amplitude and area of M-responses of n.musculocutaneus from both sides are determined. Changes of M-response are calculated in percent as deviations from M-response on intact side, taken for 100%. Mean arithmetic value of amplitude and M-response on injured side is calculated. If reduction of M-response of n.musculocutaneus on injured side constitutes less than 47% of intact one, risk of development of endoprosthesis instability is predicted.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for predicting risk of instability of shoulder joint endoprosthesis.
