FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: solid-propellant charge igniter is arranged in the form of a sample of an igniting composition arranged in the body of polymer film. In the bottom of the igniter body there is a groove, at the same time the thickness of the groove wall along the groove perimetre makes from 0.5 to 0.8 of the igniter body wall thickness along the main perimetre. The height of the groove makes from 0.2 to less than 0.5 of the igniter body height. The polymer film is a soot-filled low pressure polyethylene.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of igniter kindling.
