FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: bench is designed for preparation of water-oil mixtures during tests of instruments for determination of concentration of oil or oil products in water, and can be used in factory laboratories and at enterprises, which design instruments for monitoring oil content in water, as well as during qualification of instruments for monitoring oil in water. Bench for preparation of multicomponent water-gas-oil mixture for analysis includes water and oil pumps connected with their suction branch pipes to water and oil tanks, and with their delivery branch pipes through flowmeters to a disperser connected via a water-gas-oil mixture outlet pipeline to a clarifying tank through a flowmeter and a mixture flow analyser; at that, it is equipped with an ejector installed in a tight cylindrical shell of the disperser, which is arranged on bearings with possibility of being rotated from a drive, and a gas tank connected via a pipeline through a flowmeter to a passive nozzle of ejector, to the active nozzles of which delivery branch pipes of pumps are connected, and flow divider outlets through valves; the inlet of the above divider is connected to the analyser outlet; at that, an additional pump is installed at the disperser outlet.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy of analysis of flow parameters of multicomponent mixture in the pipeline.
