FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: water heater is proposed, comprising a cylindrical body with internal vertical smoke tubes, a prechamber with tangential nozzles for input of combustion products, air and natural gas, a vertical confusor postchamber and an exhaust tube installed above it, at the same time the water reservoir, the postchamber and the exhaust tube are installed axisymmetrically and serially on the prechamber to form a gas tract of the water heater. The nozzle of cold water supply is perforated and built into a reservoir via a central part of its bottom slab, and the nozzle of the heated water drain is installed radially. The nozzles for gas input are laid into vertical rows and are installed in the prechamber body tangentially to the outer surface of the cold water supply nozzle. The water heater is additionally equipped with gas flues of recirculation, connecting the postchamber with nozzles for input of combustion products and air.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation due to reduction of gas tract resistance and reduced emission of nitrogen oxides into atmosphere.
