FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial heat and power engineering and may be used in domestic and industrial boilers. A boiler is proposed, which comprises a vertical chamber of gas generation, in walls of which there are holes for input of recirculation gases, a jacket that envelopes with a clearance the walls of the chamber, a ceiling window for fuel charging, a hearth slab, having a lattice for discharge of ash particles and generator gas, with nozzles arranged above for introduction of primary air, a vertical cylindrical nozzle with holes for discharge of moisture and volatile substances, the axis of symmetry of which is matched with the vertical axis of the gas generation chamber, a horizontal combustion chamber with a horizontal axis of symmetry, a jacket that envelopes with a clearance for water passage, a ceiling slab, comprising windows for input of generator gas and discharge of combustion products, a hearth slab, a vertical gas duct with heaters of water and air, a hearth slab having a window for input of combustion products, and a ceiling slab, which has a window for discharge of combustion products into a stack, besides, the lattice for discharge of ash particles and generator gas of the gas generation chamber is placed in the window for input of the generator gas of the combustion chamber, and the window for discharge of the combustion chamber combustion products is matched with the window for input of gas duct combustion products. Holes in walls and the vertical nozzle of the gas generation chamber are placed in horizontal rows evenly along the perimeter and height, the vertical nozzle in the centre of the gas generation chamber has a ceiling gas-tight slab and a hearth slab with a window connected to the lattice, besides, the distance between the lattice and the axes of holes in walls and nozzle of the lower rows and the distance between the lattice and axes of the holes of the walls and nozzle of the upper rows is the set value.
EFFECT: design will make it possible to reduce underburning of introduced wooden wastes and quantity of emissions of hazardous substances into atmosphere.
