FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: multifunctional furnace unit comprises a vertical prismatic combustion chamber, limiting side, front and rear walls, a roof slab, a bottom slab with slopes at the side of front and rear walls, gas burners installed on the front wall, at least in one horizontal row, having vertical planes of symmetry, vertical-slot channels for introduction of oxidant and gas nozzles sent towards the combustion chamber, vertical-slot channels arranged between gas burners for introduction of a mixture of coal particles and gaseous combustion products, having vertical planes of symmetry, main air nozzles installed at least in one horizontal row on the rear wall, vertical planes of symmetry of which are matched with vertical planes of symmetry of gas burners, a window arranged on the rear wall with adjacency to the roof slab for discharge of gaseous combustion products, auger units placed in a cooled jacket in the centre of the bottom slab for discharge of coke particles from the combustion chamber, air coolers of boiling layer with supply air ducts and discharge gas flues, additional air nozzles of the first stage, arranged on the front wall under vertical-slot channels, vertical planes of symmetry of which are matched with vertical planes of symmetry of these vertical-slot channels, and also steam nozzles and additional air nozzles of the second stage arranged on the rear wall with an inclination towards the bottom slope and having internal vertical planes of symmetry. Vertical planes of symmetry of additional air nozzles of the second stage are combined with vertical planes of symmetry of vertical-slot channels for introduction of a mixture of coal particles and gaseous combustion products and additional air nozzles of the first stage, steam nozzles are installed evenly in the jacket of the auger unit discharging coke particles towards the discharged flow of particles, and discharge gas flues of boiling layer coolers are connected to additional air nozzles of the first and second stage.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to activate powdered coal.
