FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: strain-gauge sensitive element is located coaxial between press-fitted controlled bearing ring and a housing of working hydraulic cylinder concentric with the cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder is fixed coaxial to the axle journal and is connected with controlled ring by means of longitudinal rigid links in order to press sensitive element between the ring and the housing of working hydraulic cylinder. Device contains sensitive strain-gauge element and elements for mechanical loading of press-fitted controlled bearing ring. The sensitive element is made in the form of pressure capsule and is mounted in a cup-shaped stepped housing of working hydraulic cylinder and is located in inner cavity of the step smaller than the element. Two loosely installed divergent pistons are located inside cavity of larger step. The piston located from the side of open edge of the hydraulic cylinder housing is designed with inner threaded part to fix coaxial the cylinder on edge of wheelset axle journal. The second inner piston transmit axial effort to the edge of the pressure capsule through centring ball bearing, at that the second edge of the pressure capsule stops at the bottom part of the smaller step of the cup-shaped housing of the working hydraulic cylinder which is attached to the controlled ring by means of draft links and clamping elements.

EFFECT: providing stable metrological performance and high accuracy of measurements.
