FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: bench includes frame (1), on which belt pieces (2, 3) are arranged; those belt pieces are located on each other and simulate a load-carrying branch of conveyor belt and a branch of drive belt of linear drive. Rollers (4, 5) with detachable elastic rims (6, 7) rotating about axes (8, 9) are arranged above upper and below lower belts and interact with them. Ends of lower roller axis are rigidly fixed on the frame. Ends (10, 11) of upper roller axis are of a flat shape with vertical holes, with possibility of their offset in vertical plane relative to posts (12, 13) of circular cross section with screw threads in their part, which are fixed on the frame, and pressure nuts (14, 15). Compression force sensors (16, 17) connected to recording instruments are arranged on the posts. Ends (18, 19) of upper belt are fixed on the frame with upward deflection along curved guides (20, 21). One end (22) of lower belt on the side of lower roller is freely arranged on it. The other end of lower belt is equipped with instrument (23) recording its tension and connected to screw mechanism (24) of its tension. Width of rollers is accepted larger than width of their removable elastic rims, each of which has different width, thickness and is made from different elastic materials.
EFFECT: possible selection of rational parameters of intermediate linear drives.
