FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. The method involves two coating material sheets manufacture. The coating consists of particles in an amount of 55-80 wt % and a binding agent in an amount of 20-45 wt %. The binding agent contains a water solution of sweeteners with density equal to 70-90° brix. The particles are represented by cookie pieces, nuts, seeds, dry fruit, muesli, granola, grain or similar food products in the form of particles. Then, the method is performed by way of placement of one or more frozen confectionary product (s) on the first coating material sheet. Then one places the second coating material sheet over the frozen confectionary products and the first sheet. The second sheet is shaped around the frozen confectionary product and is pressed to the first sheet. As a result the both sheets are melted together to produce continuous coating.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a frozen coated product in a coating unadhesive and flexible in the process of formation and convenient for consumption.
