FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to production of protein-and-vitamin fodder additives for piglets. Protein-vitamin component is represented by soya seeds sprouted up to 50 mm in length. Then they are mixed with fodder grains at ratio of 1:1 (wt.%) and held in order to average moisture in mixture for 30 minutes. After that, the mixture is disintegrated by means of a lattice-knife apparatus, obtaining a homogeneous dough-like consistency of the mixture. Granules with diameter of either 1.0 mm or 2.0 mm are formed from this mixture. Granules with diameter of 1.0 mm are dried at temperature of 105 °C up to 6% moisture content, and granules of 2.0 mm are dried at temperature of 110 °C up to 8% moisture.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance nutritional and biological value of fodder additives.
