FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: multiple ferment product is prepared from germinated cereals or oil-bearing crop seeds, such as barley, wheat, rice, soya beans etc. Method involves selecting and removing low-quality grains by dipping into 1.5-3.0%-sodium chloride solution; wetting removed grains in water to moisture content of 40-60%; incubating at temperature of 25-30 C and relative humidity of 90-95% for 24-36 hours; air drying germinated grains at temperature of 25-80 C for 24-36 hours to moisture content of 9-12%. Method allows phytase activity of multiple ferment product to be increased from 31.9 unit/kg to 305.6 unit/kg and balanced feed additive to be obtained. EFFECT: increased animal productivity and reduced feed costs. 5 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl, 8 ex
