FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of laboratory diagnostics and can be used for estimating changeability of glucose content in blood (GCB), which is one of the most important parameters of controlled diabetes treatment. Method of measuring GCB changeability includes collecting multitude of points of GCB data and their conversion into symmetric interval; determination of zone of risk by GCB, left branch of zone of risk by GCB, showing risk of hypoglycemia, and right branch of zone of risk by GCB, showing risk of hyperglycemia; calculation of maximal value of hypoglycemia risk (LRi) and maximal value of hyperglycemia risk (HRi); calculation of day mean value of risk zone (DMVRZ): , where multitude of points of data about GCB are collected on i-th day, where i=1, 2,…, M; DMVRZ classification by risk categories and presentation of DMVRZ and classification result. Group of inventions also relate to system of measuring. Changeability of glucose content in blood, which contains unit of GCB data collection, device for data processing, programmed for claimed method realisation and presentation unit.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures obtaining general picture of changeability of glucose content in blood with high degree of reliability and accuracy.
