FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: claimed are medical staple, realizing uninterrupted supply, being charged into cartridge, as well as cartridge, capable of realising stable supply with application of medical staple. Medical staple includes base section, as well as a pair of legs, formed on both sides of base section, legs being inclined at angle, at which legs become closer to each other. One leg is twisted relative to plane, in which base section lies. The other leg is twisted in direction of exit from plane, so that angle of twisting between pair of legs is within the range 0 and more, but less than 1.9°. Cartridge includes guiding section 1 for base, which has dimension in fact equal to length of base sections of medical staples or is insignificantly smaller than it, and which carries on it and guides base sections; hanging sections, hanging from both sides of guiding section for base and having dimension, smaller than dimension of legs; as well as guiding sections for legs, formed near lower ends of hanging sections realising direction of leg ends. Set of medical staples is charged in the state, in which legs 2 and 3 are inclined to the side farther by motion in direction of taking out, base sections 1 being inclined to the side closer by motion in direction of taking out.

EFFECT: uninterrupted supply of staples.
