FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: surgical staple comprises: a first leg, a second leg and a non-linear base. Non-linear base comprises: a first ejection surface, a second ejection surface, wherein the first ejection surface and the second ejection surface are configured to obtain one or more force for pushing the staple to the desired position, and a profile between the first ejection surface and the second ejection surface. At that, the first ejection surface is located near the second ejection surface, and wherein the first ejection surface is vertically higher from the free ends of the staple legs than the proximal end of the second ejection surface when the surgical staple is in a position such that the free ends of the staple legs face upward. Second ejection surface is laterally offset from first ejection surface; and second ejection surface is inclined vertically from free ends of staple feet in distal direction.
EFFECT: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to surgical staple.
