FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology and medicine, particularly, to detoxication of biological fluids and may be used, in particular, in organism extracorporal detoxication devices wherein blood flow removed from patient organism is mixed with ferreed sorbent that contains ferromagnetic nucleus coated by sorbent shell. Magnetic separator is composed of ring-shape cross-section cylindrical channel to fluid to be separated arranged between inner surface of cylindrical multipole magnetic system to induce gradient magnetic field and insert arranged concentrically inside said magnetic system. Ring-shape poles of said magnetic system are arranged on its inner surface to alternate along cylinder axis.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety, lower costs and decreased overall dimensions.
