FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation and can be used in power engineering, food and pharmaceutical industries etc. Proposed method comprises feed the product to be separated into separator, forcing product flow through multilayer spatially-ordered polygradient filtration adapter arranged in permanent magnet field, deposition of magneto-susceptible particles on elements of aforesaid adaptor, eliminating magnetic field effect on aforesaid adaptor by breaking the magnetic linkage between permanent magnets and adaptor which is performed by revolving ferromagnetic shaft arranged inside magnetic system, cleaning the adaptor of deposited particles and carrying said particles into drain line by blowing or flushing the adaptor by airflow or water flow. Breakage of aforesaid magnetic linkage is carried out via electromagnetic screening of said polygradient adaptor against permanent magnet field by revolving thin-wall ferromagnetic hollow cylinder arranged between aforesaid adaptor and system of permanent magnets.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency.
