FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of aircraft engines and may be used in making gas turbine blower blade composed of shin titanium alloy and filler. In compliance with this method, diffusion welding is used to joint skins and filler together while superplastic forming is used to form hollow root and stiffness ribs. Note here that adhesion between skins and filler and protective coating is broken before making aerofoil of one-piece structural blank. Note also that adhesion is broken in arranging said blank so that adjacent surfaces of skin and filler blanks stay in horizontal plane. Prior to making aerofoil of one-piece structural blank, its cavities are subjected to evacuation and filling with inert gas to remove oxygen therefrom. Then, said cavities are sealed.
EFFECT: expanded machining performances, higher quality due to application of blanks with sub micro crystalline or nano crystalline structure.
