FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: release coating is applied on the surface of sections not subjected to diffusion welding bonding. After diffusion welding of the stack composed of the blanks of the blade pressure surface, suction side and internal carcass adhesive bonds are destructed by application of tear-off load for lamination of protective coating owing to the blank compliance at said sections under effects of magnetic and/or electric fields. Breakage of adhesive bonds is executed before or after shaping of the blank to airfoil. Then, the blank is heated to the temperature of superplastic forming to force working medium in its cavity to develop the static and/or vibrostatic pressure required for said forming unless a hollow blade root is produced and stiffness ribs are formed.

EFFECT: higher quality of blades and reliable fabrication.
