FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to method of producing hollow fane vane from titanium alloy. To make aerodynamic surface on billet, its sections to be jointed to filler billet are made in the form of ledges with flat cross section, and sections not to be jointed to filler billet are made as slots. Note here that, at least, one part of slots surface opposite the ledges in package assembled for diffusion welding is made flat in cross section. Coat to resist jointing is applied on surface of billet sections not to be jointed. Filler and shell billets are assembled into package and welded by diffusion. Stiffness ribs are produced by super plastic forming. After diffusion welding, aerodynamic profile is made by deforming said billets. Vane pressure surface and back are formed. Vane root is twisted.

EFFECT: higher quality of vane, reduced labour input.
