SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for assessing the copper nanoparticles administration safety consisting in measuring caspase-3 antigen expression in microglial cells of the cortical sensorimotor area after copper nanoparticles introduction in comparison with control animals by caspase-3 expressing microglial cell count per a standard area unit of the identical sensorimotor areas.

EFFECT: method enables determining a tolerance of the preparation to be administered, specifying target organs, choosing the most adequate administration route.
