FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely vertebrology and spinal surgery, and can find application in treating a compression spinal fracture of various aethiologies. The method consists in transcutaneous transpedicular puncture of a vertebral body and introduction of a bone cement aided by an electron-optical converter. It is combined with dereception of the intervertebralis underlying an injured vertebral body. A dereception solution 0.5-1 ml containing a local anaesthetic (e.g. 1% Novocaine) and alcohol 70° in equal proportions is introduced.
EFFECT: use of the given invention enables higher clinical effectiveness ensured by the stable pain management.
