FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology. One needle is inserted into the remained osseous vertebral structures, while the other needle is inserted into the tumour centre. Laser vaporisation of the tumour follows. Bone cement is introduced into remained osseous tissue and the cavity after tumour vaporisation. It is preceded with percutaneous puncture transpeduncular tumour-biopsy.
EFFECT: prevented tumour expulsion into healthy tissue and vertebral canal.
