SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An ophthalmic laser surgical device comprises an optical focusing system for focusing a working laser beam in a focal zone; a measuring device for a temperature associated with the focusing system; an electronic control circuit connected to the measuring device and configured to adjust a focal zone position depending on the measured temperature; a contact surface to profile an exposed eye surface contacting thereto as necessary; and a measuring device for sensing the contact surface position along the working laser beam direction and providing measurement data characterising the contact surface position. The electronic control circuit is configured to position the focal zone depending on the above position measurement data.

EFFECT: using of given group of inventions enables providing higher precision of the eye laser exposure.
