FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Ophthalmic surgery device comprises: an optical radiation source configured to generate radiation beam with wavelength from 17 to 1,900 nm; focusing lens, optically coupled with said source and configured to convert radiation beam into focused radiation beam; glass contact element having focused radiation beam transmission coefficient of not less than 90 %. Said element is configured with possibility to contact with manipulated eye and introduce into focused radiation beam passing through said element a wave front error of not more than about λ/2. Focusing lens provides focused radiation beam focal zone positioning, having diameter of not more than 15 mcm, in eye cornea. Optical devices made with possibility of repeatedly and successively directing focused radiation beam with focal area diameter of not more than 15 mqm to different sections within manipulated eye cornea area for formation of corneal incision. Glass contact element comprises material, which refraction index for focused radiation beam is 1.500–1.550.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved quality of discission by LASIK method.
