FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to materials intended for production of nonwoven wire materials. It may be used in prosthetic dentistry for implanting false teeth and other prosthetic devices in osseous tissues. Chip is produced in turning cylindrical part of titanium alloy. Used cutting tool is sharpened to shape wire profile so that osseous tissue structure and density and adhesion between elastically porous material and osseous tissue are satisfied. Turning parameters are selected to make chip coiling at preset pitch and to preset diameter. Obtained chip is used to make a mat to be reeled to helical roll to be pressed in mould. Produced sleeve-like article is arranged tightly between electrodes to make preset intensity current flow there through for welding separate coils. Power of electric discharge is selected proceeding from E = (0/25-0.4)· Wmax/ R, where R is electric resistance of elastically damping material, Wmax - maximum pulse of electric field discharge voltage.
EFFECT: better adhesion, higher strength and elasticity, longer life.
