FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: implant unit for defect bone part reconstruction, comprising a bearing part made of a material biocompatible with the bone tissue, and a cavity adapted to receive biomaterial, formed by at least one volume element, capable of deformation and interlacing to form a unitary spatial cell structure in the volume of the proposed bone defect reconstruction. Preferably, its element is made of titanium in the form of a spiral or a volumetric web having a possibility of plastic and/or elastic deformation, and it is possible to make the spiral with a cylindrical, conical, barrel-shaped or torus generatrix, and the web with regular or irregular structure. As a part of the defective bone part reconstruction process, including recepient bed creation in the defect bone part and formation of an implant unit with volume corresponding to the proposed reconstruction, from a material biocompatible with the bone tissue, the implant unit is made of a set cell volume elements (at least one) capable of deformation and interlaced to form a unitary spatial cell structure, and deformation by fixing it to the recepient bed surface in the volume of the proposed reconstruction, complete formation of the implant unit shall be preferaby performed protective membrane attachment on the top, the space in the implant unit shall be optimally filled with osteoinductive biomaterial.
EFFECT: inventions allow to improve manufacturability and reduce method invasiveness while ensuring unification and increasing implant unit functionality.
