FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials. Proposed device comprises mix components proportioners including lime, mix formula setting device, lime weight setting unit, temperature setting unit, and mixer with temperature gage to measure temperature in mix unloading. Additionally, it comprises unit to define dependence of relative factor of deviation of maximum temperature in mix curing on that in mix unloading at enthalpy variation, two comparators, divider, multiplier, unit setting device, and memory unit. Output of temperature setting unit is connected with direct input of first comparator and divider input. Output of first comparator is connected with input of divisible divider. Divider output is connected with unit to define dependence of relative factor of deviation of maximum temperature in mix curing on that in mix unloading at enthalpy variation. Output of the latter is connected with inverting input of second comparator with its direct input connected to output of unit setting device. Output of second comparator is connected to first input of multiplier while its second input is connected to lime weight setting device output. Multiplier output is connected with mix formula setting unit input. Output of the latter is connected with lime proportioner with its output connected to mixer input. Mix temperature gage output is connected with memory unit input. Output of the latter is connected with inverting input of first comparator.
