SUBSTANCE: additionally, the cellular concrete mixture producing unit includes a temperature measurement sensor of a mixture, two data recording units, five calculation units, decision boxes that allow fixing dynamics of temperature change of the mixture from lime loading till mixture unloading from the mixer and calculating a new value of weight of the dosed lime for the next batch.

EFFECT: improving quality of cellular concrete items; prompt correction of weights of mixture components for the next batch at variation of lime enthalpy.
