FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS, namely to devices for control over switch electric drives. Switch electric drive comprises housing, motor, reduction gearbox with friction coupling, automatic switch, gate and drive serviceability controller. The latter consists of, at least, two acoustic emission inverters, acoustic emission signal amplifier, system unit and PC with adequate software. Said system unit consists of acoustic emission signal registrator and system controller. Said acoustic emission signal registrator comprises microcomputer equipped with signal processor, memory unit, interfaces, input machining amplifier, high-rate ADC. On control of switch, computer accumulates the data registered by aforesaid registrator, processes it and transmits to comparator. Switch drive operating conditions are output to computer display.
