FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: electric pump includes a housing with suction and pressure cavities, a shaft with an impeller and a sealed screened electric drive of the shaft, which are mounted in the housing. Pump is provided with an impeller consisting of a hub and a thin-wall rim, which are connected by means of inclined blades. The impeller hub is fixed on the shaft, and the impeller rim is tightly fit on a hollow rotor of electric drive. The impeller is made from material with high heat conductivity.
EFFECT: improvement of shaft electric drive rotor cooling and operating reliability of electric pump.
