SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to operative oncology, general abdominal surgery and thoracic surgery, and may be used in surgeries one stage of which consists in transection of a hollow organ accompanied with urgent histopathological examination of a tissue resection line in need. A surgical sewing cutter comprises knives for transection of the organ with both edges of the resection line stitched by numbers of clips. The knives are parallel to each other at 2 mm for the purpose of one-stage excision and preparation of a resection line strip for histopathological examination.

EFFECT: provided considerable simplification and automation of the resection line intake for urgent and planned histopathological examination, higher radicality of the operations using machine stitch apparatuses.
