FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used for treatment of complicated forms of ulcer disease of stomach localisation, of other stomach diseases or injuries requiring dissection and sewing of large fragments of its anterior wall. In order to dissect and sew large (up to 10 cm) fragments of anterior wall of stomach performed is operation by means of surgical clamp of combined action by closed method by application of uninterrupted double-layer Albert's suture stage-by-stage in portions.
EFFECT: application of surgical clamp of combined action and application of double-layer uninterrupted suture in portions made possible to dissect large fragments of anterior stomach wall in closed manner, simplified operation technique, reduced time for its realisation, ensured good mechanical tightness of suture, improved quality of tissue reparation, reduced number of inflammatory complications from the part of abdominal organs.
