FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to classifiers of disperse materials and may be used in construction, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. Proposed classifier comprises cylindrical flow-through swirling chamber with classified powder material discharge annular slots, swirler with powder material feed channels and coarse fraction discharge channels, swirler, valves and control unit with cold and hot flow temperature sensors. Every coarse fraction discharge channel is composed of divergent nozzle from bimetallic material. Note here that divergent nozzle inner surface has curved grooves extending from nozzle inlet to its outlet. One of classified material discharge channels and one of coarse fraction discharge channels are connected with thermoelectric generator composed of housing with hot compressed air flow through channel to carry classified material and cold compressed air through channel to carry coarse fractions. Besides it includes a set of differential thermocouples with their hot end located in hot compressed air channel and their cold ends located in cold compressed air channel.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, power saving.
