FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and forestry, particularly, to production of pelletized fertilisers from, mainly, from wastes of, for example, defects of sugar plants, etc. Proposed device comprises cylindrical container with finished product discharge union and that for heat carrier feed via nozzles. Said container is divided into loading chamber with auger and granules drying chamber composed of sizer consisting of bimetal gauze with holes shaped to truncated cone with larger base facing the flat blade. The latter is provided with actuator and arranged under said gauze. Note here that said actuator is equipped with rpm controller composed of the set of magnetic powder clutches and pressure controller with pressure gage. Pressure controller comprises comparator unit and setting unit. Note here that comparator is connected with the input of electronic amplifier provided with nonlinear feedback unit. Output of electronic amplifier unit is connected with magnetic amplifier input with rectifier with it input connected to flat blade rpm controller composed of the set of magnetic powder clutches Note here that pressure controller is arranged ahead of nozzles in granule drying chamber. Note here that thermoelectric generator is arranged between heat carrier feed union and nozzles and composed of the case with through channel for heat carrier and set of differential thermocouples. Hot ends of differential thermocouples are arranged inside said through channel while their cold ends are secured to the surface of thermo electrical generator housing. Besides, heat carrier through channel inlet is connected with heat carrier feed union its outlet being connected via three-way vale with nozzles. Besides, cylindrical container outer side is coated with heat insulating and heat accumulating thin-fibre material composed by the bundles of elongated thin fibres of basalt located from feed nozzles to loading chamber.
EFFECT: maintenance of preset quality of finished product at long-term operation.
