FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of granulated fertilizer mainly from production wastes, for example defect of sugar factories or mixture of defect and black soil washed from beet roots. Device for fertilizer granulation contains cylindrical container with tubulure for outlet of finished product and heat carrier supply through nozzles, container is divided into a loading chamber with a screw and a chamber for drying granules by means of a classifier in the form of a lattice of bimetal and with holes in the form of a truncated cone with a larger base towards a flat knife, installed under grate flat knife with rotation drive, wherein the rotation drive is equipped with a rotation speed regulator in the form of a powder electromagnetic couplings unit and a pressure regulator with a pressure sensor, wherein the pressure regulator includes a comparison unit and a setting unit, wherein comparison unit is connected to input of electronic amplifier, equipped with nonlinear feedback unit, and output of electronic amplifier is connected to input of magnetic amplifier with rectifier, which at the input is connected to the knife rotation drive rate controller in the form of a powder electromagnetic couplings unit, besides, the pressure sensor is located before the nozzles in the granules drying chamber, wherein between the heat carrier supply tubulure and the nozzles there is a thermoelectric generator, made in the form of a housing with a passage channel for the heat carrier and a set of differential thermocouples, wherein "hot" ends of differential thermocouples are located inside heat carrier passage channel, and their "cold" ends are fixed on surface of thermoelectric generator housing, besides, inlet of passage channel for heat carrier of thermoelectric generator is connected to tubulure for supply of heat carrier, its output is connected through three-way valve with nozzles, wherein cylindrical container with tubulure for outlet of finished product and supply of heat carrier through nozzles on outer side is coated with heat-insulating and heat accumulating material in form of twisted bundles of fine-grained material basalt, located from nozzles supply heat carrier to loading chamber, at that, coiled bundles of elongated fibers from basalt are made with sets in which pairs of at least four, arranged in the form of sinusoids, longitudinally elongated by height of cylindrical container from nozzles of heat carrier supply to loading chamber, protrusions and recesses of which when aligned are concentrates of moving seismic vibrations, in addition, the tangent sinusoid of the first coiled bundle of elongated fibers from the basalt of each pair has a clockwise direction, and the tangent sinusoid of the second twisted pair of said pair has a counterclockwise direction, wherein sections of maximum approach of twisted bundles arranged in pairs form assemblies promoting formation of standing waves.
EFFECT: device for fertilizer granulation is proposed.
