SUBSTANCE: system includes a means of photographing the signal light of a road or railway traffic light 5 through a photographic unit 1, a means of analysing the signal state, for example, glowing or flickering of the signal light, from image data obtained thereby through the photographic unit 1. Advertisement information is stored beforehand in a computer 2 or a display unit 3. Based on results of analysing the photographic image, the computer 2 controls the advertisement information display unit such that the body of the content of the displayed advertisement information is associated with the signal state of the traffic light 5.
EFFECT: enabling advertisement display on roads while maintaining traffic safety.
