FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises using the tool displacing relative of fixed blank and equipped with cutting elements. Quantity of said tools is even. Their outer surface has taper lead and inverse cone arranged at definite angle to broaching axis and cylindrical bans arranged there between, grooves and ledges of equal width. Note here that said grooves are located at angle to broaching axis to make positive face angle in normal section to groove side surface. Note here that said positive face angle is located on the left of front end face at right-hand location of the grooves or on the right of front end face at left-hand location of the grooves. Machining is performed by several tools at a time, their number being equal to that of machined parts. Note here that cylinder with hammer and waveguide is used to allow applying static load and intermittent pulse load by hammer, by hydraulic pulse generator for hydraulic cylinder supply. Note also that both waveguide and hammer are shaped to equal-diameter rods. Note that waveguide transmits force to tools via rocker provided with grippers for every tool and waveguide.

EFFECT: method of static pulse cutting with gaging of part bore inner surfaces.
