FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to mixers, and may be made in food, medical, construction industries, etc for making homogeneous mixes and intensification of mass-and-heat transfer. Proposed mixer represents a spatially closed kinematic linkage composed of links arranged as follows: strut-crank-con rod-stone-screw, and rotary kinematic pairs with parallel axles: crank-strut and crank-con rod, perpendicular to axis of revolving pair crank-con rod which is, in its turn, perpendicular to that of stone-screw pair. It accommodated swinging arm and swinging slide to make translation pair with motion axis perpendicular to that of revolving pair strut-swinging slide perpendicular to that of crank-strut pair. Swinging arm and screw make revolving pair aligned with stone-screw pair while swinging arm and strut make two-degree-of-freedom kinematic pair.
