FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mixing device comprises a James's planetary gear with gear wheel axes being parallel to the axis of the screw of a gear-lever kinematic chain. The device also comprises a toothed rack and a gear wheel as well as spherical and sliding kinematic pairs. The James' gear satellite is rigidly connected to the upper bracket of a screw. The satellite carrier forms a turning pair with the screw and a central - crown - cogwheel coupled in a unit with the gear wheel. The gear wheel forms a two-degrees-of-freedom kinematic pair with the toothed rack: the first - with the screw, the second - with the central cogwheel. The central cogwheel is combined with the gear wheel engaging with the toothed rack which is coupled with the support by the spherical kinematic pair. The crown wheel of the planetary gear forms gear engagement with the satellite, and sliding pair with the smooth rack section.
EFFECT: improved mixing quality and productivity, reduced time of an operation cycle.
