FIELD: mechanical mixing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical mixing devices and can be used to prepare homogeneous media. The device makes it possible to intensify mass and heat transfer processes, equalize the concentration and temperature in the entire volume of the mixed substances. The mixing device is a closed spatial stationary screw-gear-lever kinematic chain with local mobility, consisting of links installed in the following order: rack, crank, connecting rod, nut, working body-satellite screw, central gear, carrier. Rotational kinematic pairs crank-rod, crank-rod are installed parallel to each other and perpendicular to the rotational pair nut-rod, which is orthogonal to the axis of the screw pair nut-screw. A satellite is attached to the upper part of the screw, which forms an engagement with the central gear, which rests on a spherical pair with a pin. The location of the trajectory groove excludes the rotation of the wheel around its longitudinal axis, which is parallel to the axis of the screw. The carrier forms two rotational pairs: the first - with a screw, the second - with a central gear. The working body is attached to the console of the screw and performs the required spatial displacements in relative and in figurative movements with sign-variable speeds.
EFFECT: device increases the quality of mixing, productivity, reduces the cycle time.
