SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: carbon 0.05 - 0.1, silicon 0.05 - 0.1, manganese 0.1 - 0.15, vanadium 0.1 - 0.15, aluminium 2.2 - 2.6, titanium 0.0001 - 0.0002, niobium 0.02 - 0.03, zirconium 0.6 - 0.8, molybdenum 1.8 - 2.2, copper 5.6 - 6.0, iron making the rest.
EFFECT: higher cold resistance.
