Steel contains, mass %: carbon 0.05-0.1; silicon 0.1-0.15; manganese 0.4-0.8; vanadium 0.4-0.8; aluminium 0.1-0.2; titanium 0.4-0.8; barium 0.004-0.008; calcium 0.004-0.008; niobium 0.2-0.3; zirconium 0.2-0.3; molybdenum 1.8-2.2; copper 0.5-1.0, the rest being iron.
EFFECT: upgraded cold resistance of steel.
