FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: solid-propellant rocket engine housing made from composite materials of cocoon type includes internal and external pressure shells, and a structural ring with holes and pins installed in them, which is formed on external shell. Holes and pins installed in them are arranged in two diametrically opposite segments of the ring. Zones of structural ring, in which the holes are arranged, are enclosed with "П"-shaped metal bars with holes coaxial to the holes on the ring. In symmetry plane of opposite segments there installed are pins equipped with cylindrical seats to be connected to the mating part of the mating item. Pins include thrust collars.
EFFECT: invention allows improving reliability and reducing the weight of rocket engine.
