FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: electric drive with three-stage planetary reduction gear includes electric motor (1) connected to inlet shaft (3) through pre-step (5), high-speed (6), medium-speed (7) and low-speed (8) planetary rows. Connections between high-speed carrier (15) and medium-speed sun gear (10) and medium-speed carrier (16) and low-speed sun gear (11) are made in the form of couplings (24, 25) with central axisymmetrical multiple-sided holes (26, 27), into which ends of medium-speed and low-speed sun gears are installed, and with barrel-shaped teeth. Couplings are fixed against axial movement by means of stop rings (36-39) on both sides of couplings. Internal rings (44, 45) of ball bearings (46, 47) of medium-speed and high-speed carriers are detachable. Some parts (48, 49) of each detachable ring are made as an integral part of the corresponding carrier, and other parts (50, 51) are made in the form of detachable rings.
EFFECT: invention allows improving accuracy and reliability of the reduction gear operation, as well as its weight and overall dimensions.
