FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: operating method of three-stage planetary reduction gear consists in transfer of torque moment from high-speed shaft to low-speed shaft through three in-series installed planetary rows (6, 7, 8), the interaction between which is performed by means of toothed gearings. Interaction between high-speed carrier with medium-speed sun gear and medium-speed carrier with low-speed sun gear is performed by means of couplings (24, 25), with barrel-shaped teeth, with central axisymmetrical multiple-sided holes, into which ends of medium-speed and low-speed sun gears are installed. Rotation of carriers of medium-speed and high-speed planetary rows is performed in ball bearings (46, 47), the internal rings (44, 45) of which are detachable. Some parts (48, 49) of each detachable ring (44, 45) are made as an integral part of the carrier, and other parts (50, 51) are made in the form of detachable rings, and attached to each other.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing efficiency and improving operating reliability of the device, as well as reducing its overall dimensions.
