FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: electric drive includes electric motor (1) and three-stage planetary reduction gear. Carrier (15) of high-speed planetary gear set (6) is made as an integral part of sun gear (10) of intermediate planetary gear set (7). Low-speed shaft (20) is made as an integral part of carrier (17) of low-speed (8) planetary gear set and installed on two ball bearings. Carrier (16) of intermediate planetary gear set is installed in cantilever manner on bearing assembly, which is formed with inner radial ball bearing and outer spherical sliding bearing, which allows self-alignment of intermediate carrier (16), thus reducing non-uniform load distribution between intermediate satellites (13). Required gaps between planetary gear sets (6, 7, 8) are controlled by turning the cylinder with its further fixation in body of low-speed carrier (17) by tightening lock nut (38) while the cylinder is being retained with a screwdriver.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the efficiency, improving reliability of the device and its weight and overall dimensions.
