SUBSTANCE: invention represents a plate-type heat exchanger comprising plates with holes and plate-to-plate channels for passage of coolants, basic and press plates, tightening screws and nozzles for supply and drain of working media, in channels formed by smooth plates, there are porous inserts placed with high specific area of the inner surface of the frame and low values of equivalent diameters of inner channels providing for high intensity of working media heat exchange.
EFFECT: increased heat transfer.
